Aviation English combines General English language communication skills with industry-specific vocabulary and can be tailor made to the needs of the participants. What is Medical English?
Medical English is a professional English course designed to improve your accuracy and effectiveness at communicating in English within the field of medicine and to practice situations where the language may be used. This English course is also suitable for students or those who wish to study medicine.
This course incorporates all of the General English Course 20 lessons (15hrs) per week plus an additional 10 lessons (7.5hrs) or 20 lessons (15 hours ) of Medical English lessons in the afternoon.
The lessons are tailor-made according to the needs of the students and topics vary according to the area of specialisation needed.
Classes start every Monday!
Levels: Pre-intermediate, Intermediate, Upper-Intermediate and Advanced.
All course materials are included in the price.
General English classes typically run between 9,00 a.m.-12.30p.m. followed by Medical English 1.00 pm-2.30pm. General English classes have a maximum of 12 students (average 8) while Medical English afternoon classes average 3 students per class. If fewer than 3 students are present in class, hours will be reduced. See our Terms and Conditions for more information.

The business lessons are tailor-made according to the needs of the students. Presentations and language of persuasion and negotiation as well as current business practises are covered.
Classes start every Monday. Levels: Pre-intermediate, Intermediate, Upper-Intermediate and Advanced. Absolute Beginners and Elementary level are required to have 121 lessons prior to joining an Exam Preparation Combo Course. All course materials are included .Classes typically starts at 9am-12.30pm with the Exam preparation lessons are from 1pm-2.30pm. Maximum 12 students per class. Average 10 students in the General English Class and 5 students in the Business lessons in the afternoons. Our International Foundation programme is a specialised year-long course for younger students aged 6 - 12. Designed for International students moving to the island our classes involve small groups, direct instruction and content based modules. Located within a mainstream school this successful programme is designed to move students forward rapidly and includes CLIL based activities. The International Foundation Course is particularly suitable for families moving to Malta with children who need to improve their English language skills before they enter mainstream education. We work closely with professionals in the education field to ensure an academic English language proficiency programme; students are motivated and encouraged to meet with other International families to enable a smooth transition and entry into local English-speaking schools. Assessments are done mid-yearly to ensure that progress is monitored and that students are on track for success!
